I did flight booking through happyeasygo app and cancelled it later, (Air India Flight on November 22, 2022 and Indigo flight on November 28, 2022). While booking I have selected full refund option, and after cancellation when checked the status, it was showing following message "Due to high refund request volume, it takes [Protected]days for airlines to process a refund request." Now it is more than 4 months, i have not received the refund.
I am following up with them through emails and contact numbers given, but there is no response from them.
