I have booked a to and fro journey to Goa from lucknow on 11th of december, 2021 to travel on 30th of Decemeber, 2021. Due to some reason I cancelled the return ticket after 2 hours. I have approached their customer care more than 7 times asking for help to refund my amount after cancellation of the ticket. It have been around one and half month, neither have any received any update from their side in form of mail or call nor did they returned my money.
