Sir, I have open an account in lexatrade and deposit 250 dollars after registration through UPI. Company also add 250 dollars to my account, then , i have done no trading for long after many calls from company from different numbers. Few days back I got call from Mr Mohan singh, telling that if you want to close your account, deposit 200 dollars and you will get refund whole amount with these 200 dollars.
I had deposited through UPI on 12/05/2023 to the account and total 701.2$ reflected in my account. After that they told that account will closed in 3-4 working days. But since then no one contacted. I have tried their Skype numbers and message but no reply. I have tried to raise complaint on their given customer care mails but no mail is being delivered to their given site addresses. Please help to recover my money and close of account.
