It's been 24 days since I got the refund message of my happy easy go reference number HEG ORDER [Protected]dated 30 August 2021. But I am yet to get back my refund till now. Please update. My spicejet flight scheduled from Guwahati to silchar was booked for 1st September 2021 which was cancelled.
And rescheduled by spiceJet to the next day on 2 September 2021 which is why I had to cancel the booking and arrange for other transportation means and hence claim for refund as spicejet had given me the option of reschedule or cancel. Full refund. I had opted for the full refund.
Following which I got the message from happy easy go website with reference number .HEG ORDER [Protected]and refund within 2-7 business days. It is September 24 now almost 24 days and no reply to my query from the happy easy go website nor have I received my refund amount.
