I bought a Tecphile S-P613 wireless keyboard case for Samsung S6 Lite from conceptkart.com on (Order # CK23798) on 26 July 2023 which got delivered to me on 28 July 2023. It costed me Rs 2960/- but within a week of usage suddenly it stopped working. I have asked for a refund/return of this item from Concept Kart team but they are not doing the needful. It's been more than 4 working days of return and they are not replying to any of my calls/messages now.

They cheated me for almost 3000 bucks. So please beware of Conceptkart.com and to prevent any such scams/frauds to happen to you please avoid purchasing any item from Conceptkart.com and other products from Concept Kart available on other shopping portals/platforms. I lost my hard earned money which I earned by serving in Indian Army but I hope after reading this you will be saved from losing your money....

I have ordered a wired earphone from them on 17th July 23 for 529rs.It was delivered by 23 July 23, which felt substandard right from the packing. It is packed in a Chinese scribbled packing, cheap case. The earphones are barely wrapped in a plastic cover. Moreover 4 days later the earphones only works with my phone and not with my laptops and amplifier. While I got in touch with them they say that since it works with my phone.

It was my laptops and amplifier that are defective. But rest of my earphones works well with my laptops and phone. From them when ever I try to ask them for a return. They simply ask me to clean the 3.5mm jack and try again. And would not create a return. Finally they stopped replying me from yesterday 2 August 2023 . Pls help me get my hard earned money back....

I ordered iem qkzxhbb from concept kart. They gave defective/ damaged item. I asked for the refund then they denied. I asked for replacement. They took away the item saying they would check it but after 10 days they said they can't replace it as the item received is damaged.

My 1600 rupees is lost. I am a student and 1600 rupees is too much for me. This website don't provide any phone no. to call and they don't reply on whatsApp as required. Please help me....

I ordered KZ ZS-10 Pro from concept kart. I want to return this iem but they said iem is okay and will be shipping again. It has manufacturing defect. Right side of earpiece is leaked and can't isolate ear. I tried with other ear-tip as well. I returned it for replacement but they said it is ok and sending it back. It is not about that it produces sound or not. Yes it produces sound but completely hollow and uneven as compared to left piece. I talked to customer care executive but she insisted that product is okay. I will never use concept kart if this is the value of customers there. I am worried about the money i spent on that iem. And my trust is completely broken in them....

Had ordered blon bl 03 IEM from this website (order no - #CK7313). 3 days after it arrived had raised concerns regarding quality. Now after another 5 days of use the right side has completely stopped working.

After raising this issue with their support team got a reply the next day telling me to raise a ticket on their website. On doing so which turned out to be another hassle, they are informing me that the requested product is out of stock and my only option is to accept store credit.

Have never seen worse customer support from any other website and would strongly recommend to not buy ANYTHING from this website. Have no trust on this website and would like a full refund of my money.

Their only refund policy only offer store credit which i will not accept and demand for a proper refund as i will never be ordering anything from this website. This is cheating the consumer of their money with their "policies".

As they are paying no attention to my concerns even after trying to reach them in several ways such as social media platforms, I need help to ensure that I don't lose my money....

Its very unfortunate that despite the confirmation that the product that I have received is actually a faulty one the replacement unit has still not been dispatched, I don't know what's the point of making the customers wait unnecessarily.

Redressal of consumers' grievances should be a top priority, and it should be immediately and amicably resolved. Kindly make sure that I receive my replacement unit at the earliest, as it's already been delayed enough.

I also tried to call the customer care executives regarding rederessal, but they don't pick up the call due to which this company seems to be untrustworthy. Kindly help me resolve this complaint at the earliest and do the needful....

I ordered an item from conceptkart.com worth 2500 rupees with order number-#CK3877, as this product had bad reviews i cancelled the order calling their support team.

The order got cancelled i got a message that my money refunded but when i contacted the support team they insisted waiting for 48 hours. Still now more than 100 hours had been past they are insisting to wait 7 days and harassing me along with mental torture.
