I ordered an item from conceptkart.com worth 2500 rupees with order number-#CK3877, as this product had bad reviews i cancelled the order calling their support team.
The order got cancelled i got a message that my money refunded but when i contacted the support team they insisted waiting for 48 hours. Still now more than 100 hours had been past they are insisting to wait 7 days and harassing me along with mental torture.

They are torturing and harassing me. I don't want to lose my hard earned money am a poor guy they are discriminating me in the mane of refund. They are insisting it is not their fault and telling to raise a complain in razorpay.
I want my hard earned money back they are harassing in the name of the bank.
