I ordered iem qkzxhbb from concept kart. They gave defective/ damaged item. I asked for the refund then they denied. I asked for replacement. They took away the item saying they would check it but after 10 days they said they can't replace it as the item received is damaged.

My 1600 rupees is lost. I am a student and 1600 rupees is too much for me. This website don't provide any phone no. to call and they don't reply on whatsApp as required. Please help me.
