I ordered KZ ZS-10 Pro from concept kart. I want to return this iem but they said iem is okay and will be shipping again. It has manufacturing defect. Right side of earpiece is leaked and can't isolate ear. I tried with other ear-tip as well. I returned it for replacement but they said it is ok and sending it back. It is not about that it produces sound or not. Yes it produces sound but completely hollow and uneven as compared to left piece. I talked to customer care executive but she insisted that product is okay. I will never use concept kart if this is the value of customers there. I am worried about the money i spent on that iem. And my trust is completely broken in them.
