Had ordered blon bl 03 IEM from this website (order no - #CK7313). 3 days after it arrived had raised concerns regarding quality. Now after another 5 days of use the right side has completely stopped working.

After raising this issue with their support team got a reply the next day telling me to raise a ticket on their website. On doing so which turned out to be another hassle, they are informing me that the requested product is out of stock and my only option is to accept store credit.

Have never seen worse customer support from any other website and would strongly recommend to not buy ANYTHING from this website. Have no trust on this website and would like a full refund of my money.

Their only refund policy only offer store credit which i will not accept and demand for a proper refund as i will never be ordering anything from this website. This is cheating the consumer of their money with their "policies".

As they are paying no attention to my concerns even after trying to reach them in several ways such as social media platforms, I need help to ensure that I don't lose my money.
