I bought a Tecphile S-P613 wireless keyboard case for Samsung S6 Lite from conceptkart.com on (Order # CK23798) on 26 July 2023 which got delivered to me on 28 July 2023. It costed me Rs 2960/- but within a week of usage suddenly it stopped working. I have asked for a refund/return of this item from Concept Kart team but they are not doing the needful. It's been more than 4 working days of return and they are not replying to any of my calls/messages now. They cheated me for almost 3000 bucks. So please beware of Conceptkart.com ans to prevent any such scams/fraud to happen to you please avoid purchasing any item from Conceptkart.com and other products from Concept Kart available on other shopping portals/platforms. I lost my hard earned money which I earned by serving in Indian Army but I hope after reading this you will be saved from losing your money.

We bought a car charger from them that was very big in size & touching the car liver when we shifting it they are not giving any response.Concept kart is farud & cheap company.. They mentioned 10 days replacement /exchange service on faulty products. On replying are coming on what,s up chat..no customer care no mentioned anywhere...
