I had ordered boat airdopes 131 pro Price 1199( blue colour) in orginal boat Lifestyle website and the parcel was delivered to me on 23/6/23 and after opening the recieved parcel there was no Bluetooth at all and only charger and Bluetooth covers was there i recieved an empty box The main product that is Bluetooth airdopes 131 pro was missing immediately I called the delivery person and enquired them regarding this they told to inquire in company where I ordered immediately i called the customer care but there was no response and then i registered for replacement and missing of product and then everyday.

I received a mail to wait for 7 to 8 days after waiting 5 to 6 days i received a mail like the product is delivered to me from the company end and the investigation is over and then again I tried calling customer care back to back and they replied to me the same thing that my product is delivered and the investigation is over now nothing can be done and there is no proper response from the company side this is really very depressing that we pay so much and get cheated by such original company itself till now there is no proper information from company side to what happened to my product....

I Ordered 2 products from boat company on 22 may 2023 in which my one product (boat rockerz 255 pro +) was missing . They just delivered an empty box of rockerz . Product was delivered on 24 may 2023 . On same day I send complaint to boat company about this . I send them all pictures of products so many times . They asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours . Their 24 hours never come . I always mail and call on customer care they said same thing that their team is working on this case . At 31 may 2023 they closed my case by saying that the shipment was in intact condition and they take action according to their company guidlines and policy.

I again call them and the same process repeat . they close my case 7 to 8 times . And now its going to about one month and today they again closed the case by saying same thing . I dont understand what's their company guidelines. I thing their guidelines is to take money of customers . And delivered them empty boxes . And when customer complain about service then make false consolation and waste their time and at the end close their case by saying shipment was in intact condition . When i asked from them if shipment was in intact condition then how is the product missing from the box ? Why the box is empty ? Then they do not respond just say one thing that their so called logistic team is working on the case.

Its about 1 month but their team is not able to solve this case . And when i was asked for my refund they refused to give It .
They don't value the money and time of customers .they are not providing any services just doing fraud with customers . They do only one thing , making fake apologies , but never solve your issue. Their customer care service is worst , they put your call on hold for hours. boat service is terrible . If you value your money and time and don't want to fall into the trap of fraud service then stop buying product from boat company.

Boat company Stop doing fraud with customers . You never understand how a person earn money . You don't value the money and time of your customers . Product is missing from your end . You don't hire loyal employs . You send empty box . So why I suffer so much ? You have taken my money as well as my product and refuse to give my refund also . Why are you doing injustice with your customers. I want my refund from boat company....

Boat did FRAUD with me, recently i ordered eardopes worth 999rs from boat Lifestyle website, with order id-4920867, and got a defective product and then within the exchange period i placed a request for exchange and received only an empty eardopes charging case so i raised a complaint(complaint id-33319622) with boat customer support team, sent them all the relevant proofs along with the unboxing video.

Later after waiting for a week i got a mail stating that the product was delivered intact according to their investigation, i don't know what kind of investigation they are talking about, didn't expect such fraud cheating from boAt Lifestyle Aman Gupta, in few days i am going to take legal action against this brand hoping law will serve justice and punish these fraudsters for their deeds, i request you guys to stop buying products from boat website if you don't want to be cheated....

On 20th April 2023 i raised warranty and then i go to service centre they told me that your product will arrive from ur headquarters that is mumbai. 1st may 2023 was the delivery date of that product form the courier partner named as delhivery.

After submitting an OTP I open the box and tear all the labels as it has all our details on the top the company's box was empty and they are telling again and again sharing pictures of it.They cheated me and are not submitting CCTV footage and the box photos to me. My issue is not resolved yet....

I had received empty box from Boat-LifeStyle.com product name Boat Airdrops 181 Spirit White product net price 1599.00 +24 Rs when I received empty box from boat-life style .com i shared photos and video of the empty box on mail [PROTECTED]@imaginemarketingindia.com.

As pr as discussed with a costumer of boat-life style.com now they replied on mail there no policies about return and refund i have no product and no money what i do this is not my fault I bought product from there i gave money and till now i got any resolution about my complaint. Please return my product otherwise refund my amount of product....

Hi, I ordered (id#363638) the boat ear air prod 171 on 17-Dec-22. It says that your product is picked up and in couple of hours says cancelled. When I inquired about this one customer care representative says it is cancelled and amount will be remitted in 5 to 7 days. After 5 days inquired the status and CC representative says you can deny once it is delivered. Looks like there is some fraud happening and hiding the information from customers....

I didn't receive any updates yet. My payment was successful but still they didn't update me anything... Simply tool my money and are not responding... Everywhere they are just bluffing...
