Hi, I ordered (id#363638) the boat ear air prod 171 on 17-Dec-22. It says that your product is picked up and in couple of hours says cancelled. When I inquired about this one customer care representative says it is cancelled and amount will be remitted in 5 to 7 days. After 5 days inquired the status and CC representative says you can deny once it is delivered. Looks like there is some fraud happening and hiding the information from customers.
