Boat did FRAUD with me, recently i ordered eardopes worth 999rs from boat Lifestyle website, with order id-4920867, and got a defective product and then within the exchange period i placed a request for exchange and received only an empty eardopes charging case so i raised a complaint(complaint id-[Protected]) with boat customer support team, sent them all the relevant proofs along with the unboxing video.

Later after waiting for a week i got a mail stating that the product was delivered intact according to their investigation, i don't know what kind of investigation they are talking about, didn't expect such fraud cheating from boAt Lifestyle Aman Gupta, in few days i am going to take legal action against this brand hoping law will serve justice and punish these fraudsters for their deeds, i request you guys to stop buying products from boat website if you don't want to be cheated.
