I received many dead and live insects in my maggie packet after opening it as there were no damage in packet earlier.I also complaint to nestle company but they didn't take action yet.So please do needful ASAP....

That on 11-2-2022, my client has purchased two clothes from your app and due to some issues she returned both the products having order ID 500419123, for that you are to return the amount of post-pickup parceil i.e. top printed bell sleeves, of which your app was showing alert "Return Initiated", still the amount i.e. 491/- rupees (in words, four hundred ninety one only), has not been issued. For which, she has emailed you many times but you have not responded. The product is with you but you are still not paying the amount Rs. 491/-.

2. That afterwards on 27-5-2022, my client has purchased 2 shirts having order ID [Protected]for amount Rs. 2458/- which is already paid online. That pre-paid parcel has not been delivered till now and the amount is withheld by you too. She has emailed you several times but still you are neither delivering the pre-paid parcel nor refunding the amount....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered 3 dresses on April 2 from all online store which was delivered to me on 9th and had place a return request for the same which was picked up on 11th from my side

I have not received any updates post pick up nor my refund has been credited. I have call several times and the executives had assured that it will be credited in a day or two post which there is no action.

I even sent couple of emails to them asking for my refund to which I kept receiving automated reply stating that the matter is escalated and the money will be refunded soon

I raised my complaint on their social media account too to which they provided me with another number stating call on this for customer care support, I have been calling on that too but no one answers the call.

There are so many complaints of the refund not been given to customers but no one care to reply or return the money. I have been even trying to call on the toll free number which is been disabled and they have even stopped replying to the mails.

For Order #500859293, i initiated a return request on March 14, 2022. However, it has been a month but the return pickup has not been done. I have called and emailed them numerous times, they only give a standard response that we will arrange in 2-3 days and then disappear.

One time they arranged a pickup but sent it to a wrong address. I even suggested that i can return the products to a physical store but they said they wont accept that too.

I asked the customer care personnel to have somebody senior talk to me, but they give some excuse, like senior is not there, call not connecting etc and we will call back, but until now i haven't heard back from a single person from All online.

This is really frustrating. It looks like they are just avoiding the return. Their Facebook page is also filled with numerous such complaints where the return and refunds have been pending for months.

Not sure how they are cheating people like that and for how long this has been going. I am not sure how to get my stuck money back. I really need some help here to get my money back....

I had booked on 2/12/2020 one cardigan from ALL PLUS On line store vide order no. [Protected]and also made a payment of Rs. 1099/- as the company is not taking orders for payment on delivery.

More than two months have lapsed but the company is neither delivering my the cardigan nor refunding me the money.

i had sent them mails on the issue on 21/12/2020, 12/01/2021 and 13/1/2021. for every mail i sent them i get a simple reply that the matter has been escalated and will be resolved soon.

God only knows when that soon will arrive.

Please help me get refund of the order as winters are now over and I dont need the cardigan any more....
