Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered 3 dresses on April 2 from all online store which was delivered to me on 9th and had place a return request for the same which was picked up on 11th from my side
I have not received any updates post pick up nor my refund has been credited. I have call several times and the executives had assured that it will be credited in a day or two post which there is no action.
I even sent couple of emails to them asking for my refund to which I kept receiving automated reply stating that the matter is escalated and the money will be refunded soon
I raised my complaint on their social media account too to which they provided me with another number stating call on this for customer care support, I have been calling on that too but no one answers the call.
There are so many complaints of the refund not been given to customers but no one care to reply or return the money. I have been even trying to call on the toll free number which is been disabled and they have even stopped replying to the mails.
