1. That on [Protected], my client has purchased two clothes from your app and due to some issues she returned both the products having order ID [Protected], for that you are to return the amount of post-pickup parceil i.e. top printed bell sleeves, of which your app was showing alert "Return Initiated", still the amount i.e. 491/- rupees (in words, four hundred ninety one only), has not been issued. For which, she has emailed you many times but you have not responded. The product is with you but you are still not paying the amount Rs. 491/-.
2. That afterwards on [Protected], my client has purchased 2 shirts having order ID [Protected]for amount Rs. 2458/- which is already paid online. That pre-paid parcel has not been delivered till now and the amount is withheld by you too. She has emailed you several times but still you are neither delivering the pre-paid parcel nor refunding the amount.
