For Order #[Protected], i initiated a return request on March 14, 2022. However, it has been a month but the return pickup has not been done. I have called and emailed them numerous times, they only give a standard response that we will arrange in 2-3 days and then disappear.

One time they arranged a pickup but sent it to a wrong address. I even suggested that i can return the products to a physical store but they said they wont accept that too.

I asked the customer care personnel to have somebody senior talk to me, but they give some excuse, like senior is not there, call not connecting etc and we will call back, but until now i haven't heard back from a single person from All online.

This is really frustrating. It looks like they are just avoiding the return. Their Facebook page is also filled with numerous such complaints where the return and refunds have been pending for months.

Not sure how they are cheating people like that and for how long this has been going. I am not sure how to get my stuck money back. I really need some help here to get my money back.
