I have ordered a trimmer via Mi Application.Upon receiving the delivery i have got an empty box which does not contain the trimmer in it.Upon raising a complaint they said that there is no such issue from their delivery partner and closed the case.How can it be possible to close a case that has not been solved and investigated properly.

The proof of all the above mentioned complaint has been send in images via mail. This is purely cheating the customer as well as ignoring the customer complain.
This is pure cheating from the side of Mi India....

Dear team,
I had put a order on mi.com for MI notebook ultra 8GB variant laptop, bag pack and extended warranty on 6th aug 22.

As portal had shown me delivery period will be 2 to 3 working days and same had told to me by MI.COM representatives (from support team). Xiaome team had given delivery service for bag pack to blue dart. Same had delivered to me in next 2 days. But laptop and extended warranty delivery service provider is ecom express limited. Now it's been 7 days and my product is not delivered yet.

As xiome had told me they will deliver product in 2 to 3 working days and ecom express is telling they will deliver by 12 aug. Both the team are misleading to me. Now today i again called to both the team and they are still not delivering my product today also.

I had purchased another product (audient evo recording bundle) from amazon.in for 19840 INR and i had to test the same in eligible return period with laptop. But xiaome and ecom express not provided service in time so I'm unable to test another product to.

After that i told xiaome representative to cancel my order and give me refund on last day but representative told me that you cancel order when they deliver. I lost my valuable time and money because of bad service from both the team. I'm following up with both team from past 4 days and they didn't took any action regarding my issue. Today both companies saying it will take more time. Now if time period has crossed i losses both the items total value 75632 INR.

Kindly help me out and give me solution for this.

Respected sir,
I am aditya kar. I am a customer of xiaomi company. I brought a poco x2 model last year on 28/01/2021. Last 7 days my phone camera totally blank. I contact with xiaomi customar care they said the it is the company hardware problem and it is mainly the problem of motherboard.

Sir this is not my fault. I am belong from a very simple family. i did not afford the charge of the repairing coast. The phone camera is very important for me in this online influence. this camera problem is occurs many of the xiaomi user.

In this issue the company replace the phone or repair the model. Sir youtube is a public platform. in this same problem many of them have a repaired one or a replaced one then why i can not in this category ?

I am using mi phone from last 13 months they gave me 1 year warranty but they gave update and when i updated my phone my phone is dead and my friends also facing same problem.

Company installed something wrong in staring that's why we are facing this problem. I purchased it rs 20000. They have to fix my problem without any charges because its their fault they.

I called in customer care many times but they are not helping me. I visited 5-6 service center but they are not helping. Who have their device in warranty they giving then brand new phone but different model because they know their is problem in phones from their end....

Mi 55 inch TV. Technician had visited 2 weeks back and said the wifi box of TV is not working and it is a very common issue in the current model. He said an order for new part will be placed which he should get in 5 days.

It has been more than 14 days and the technician says the part has not been dispatched from Bangalore....

I am Soumyadip Das from assam guwahati studing now in a short course. I have purchase Readmi note 10 S device on 08 feb 2022 from Mi online, the device is totally defected i have visit to customer service they just submit the device for 10 days and done nothing they just wasting my time my family economic conditions is not well i have brought it by 16500 its huge amount for me please take action over this. Jai hind.

Redmi note 9 which is in under warrant but at service center they do not allow to repair spare parts...

I am Rajesh panwar we have purchased LED TV of your company and it's approximately 8 months. suddenly that TV stopped working when we have complaint to the company, the service team visited our home.

And tested and informed us that it's damaged from external but actually in my point of view it is internal damage because their is a no single scratch on tv their is no chance that tv is damaged by us as if their is no small kid.

I am actually very busy and fade up of giving this complaint they are just responding to call and making fake promises but not visiting home. I request u to ban this brand because they are using cheap qualities.

And damages for the internal tv is responsible the company as they are using highly cheap quality and no proper response regarding it. The same tv brand company was purchased by my relative they also faced the same issue that to on 2 to 5 days.

They he also had complaint I even have the proof of documents he left the matter but I am not going to leave this as if it is not the issue is not only In my case. I hope that above information will help you to find in order and do the service or replace with a new TV set....

My smart TV is not working from three to four months. I have given complaint so many time but the company was not responding and not given satisfy answer. There are just telling it is physical damage....
