I am using mi phone from last 13 months they gave me 1 year warranty but they gave update and when i updated my phone my phone is dead and my friends also facing same problem.
Company installed something wrong in staring that's why we are facing this problem. I purchased it rs 20000. They have to fix my problem without any charges because its their fault they.
I called in customer care many times but they are not helping me. I visited 5-6 service center but they are not helping. Who have their device in warranty they giving then brand new phone but different model because they know their is problem in phones from their end.
