I have made an order and its was not showing for 10 mins then i had cancelled my order but the problem i had made my payment and just wanted to know when will i get my refund for the app....

I had placed Order #72... and delivery boy asked me to cancel the order after delivering parcel. I refused to do that. He then went but did not show that the order was delivered. I kept receiving calls from different people till late night yesterday.

The delivery person's mobile number is [Protected]. I have CCTV footage that he delivered the parcel. Since he intentionally did not update the delivery to keep all money with him, it is a harassment for me now for which I am planning to go to police station tomorrow morning.

Wefast, now Borzo, is a courier delivery service that picks up parcels and delivers them within the city. This following issue has happened thrice in a row now for it to be considered a coincidence. So I book the courier on the app. The courier comes to my place or sometimes calls me and tells me that the app is not working for some reason.

So I should cancel the order on the app and the courier will deliver the parcel in his private capacity, while charging me the same amount that I would have paid through the wefast official channel.

When I protested, they agreed to do the needful through the proper channel. I think Wefast is not paying its employees well enough or their surveillance on couriers is not upto the mark. Needless to say, I will be looking for another courier service next time....

Order no. 04654 courier boy nikhil pote picked up the parcel along with 300 rupees the he was supposed to deliver but unfortunately he didn't deliver and not responding also. Very bad experience with wefast....

My printing supplier had booked courier from kurla west to marol and he already done payment but wefast guy Mr Kamlesh Patel took payment from both side and he is big liar first he told i am not working in wefast after that he told my brother is working but actually he is the main guy who had done fraud....

I book parcel from your wefast application but I canceled a packet last Saturday, since then parcels are not getting booked...

When my parcel one packet is missing there is no where to complain that time. The delivery person didn't take any responsibility and app didn't have any way to raise my complain immediately. Now it's my huge loss....

Delivery boy received parcel taken money but not delivered & when i call him his call was on waiting from last 2 hours, after 2 hours he received my call n talked so rudely, i wil not deliver ur parcel m taking it do whatever u want n disconnect my call.

This how wefast appoint courier boy uneducated mannerless person. I want feed back need help from wefast asap i need a call back plz....

My order number is 13059 i gave him the document i told him after reaching there call me I will transfer he told ok he was like my mobile charge is low he switched off his mobile after 2 hours over no response from him then he called and saying me customer will not give money it seems so I came off i told him after reaching there call me.

He didn't call me he came back to pickup point and he gave my document back order total amount to be paid is 516 he took 700 rupees i need answer from your company is this the game you people are playing just now drop location guy told me no 1 came to my location I'm waiting here in home.

I want answer from you why did he took money from me he didn't delivery my documents also 700 is loss for me when he took document from me he switched off his mobile the delivery person didn't visit the drop point in application is updated as completed he came back to me he gave my document back and he asked 1000 rupees he was fighting I have him 700.

Now I need answer from you the delivery person didn't visit the drop place he didn't call me also after 4 hours he came back to my location and gave my documents back so what is use off booking wefast courier for what reason he took money 700 is loss for me I need proper answer or i will file a case....

I had to deliver lunch delivery guy picked my the order at 12.30pm and did not deliver the food .. i would like to receive my insured money along with the fees i have already paid....
