Wefast, now Borzo, is a courier delivery service that picks up parcels and delivers them within the city. This following issue has happened thrice in a row now for it to be considered a coincidence. So I book the courier on the app. The courier comes to my place or sometimes calls me and tells me that the app is not working for some reason.
So I should cancel the order on the app and the courier will deliver the parcel in his private capacity, while charging me the same amount that I would have paid through the wefast official channel.
When I protested, they agreed to do the needful through the proper channel. I think Wefast is not paying its employees well enough or their surveillance on couriers is not upto the mark. Needless to say, I will be looking for another courier service next time.
