I have made an order and its was not showing for 10 mins then i had cancelled my order but the problem i had made my payment and just wanted to know when will i get my refund for the app.

I placed an order of 195rs by online payment method but the courier was not assigned since 1 hour straight then I cancelled the order but it didn’t show any type of refund. Soo please i want my refund pay of rs 195 of the order no # 56200

My order number is 94806 I made an order on 28 sept 2023 no courier person was assigned for long time, so i cancelled my order. I need my refund of 197 paid. When will I receive my refund?
