After several requests regarding the contact details of senior management, my requests were met with no results. I hope this is the right e-mail address.
A set of 2 leatherette chairs were ordered on wall mantra on 22.09.2022.
Despite repeated requests for real time photographs to Mr.Manas and Mr.Mayank, none whatsoever were shared.
Mr.Manas called me and confirmed that if I prepaid for the chairs, then he could get them delivered by 30th September and that he was even pushing his team for a delivery on 27.09.2022 (my birthday).
I was skeptical but he used all the right sales jargon (premium customer, top priority, personally ensure, birthday wishes etc etc etc) and sent me the payment link. I paid INR 35,998/- to the link and within an hour, received an e-mail saying that the order for INR 35998/- has been cancelled.
On calling Mr.Manas repeatedly, he sent an email with two separate order numbers. Having used all sorts of furniture services online, this was the first instance of two different order numbers. On questioning mr.Manas, he gave some lame story about company practices.
After a week of silence from Mr.Manas, when I called him on 29th Sept regarding the order, he said “I promised 30th. I still have a day”. I inquired about the shipment details after which he disappeared for a day. On repeatedly messaging/calling , he gave dodgy responses but never reverted with the photographs.
I decided to cancel the order today and would request you to end this harassment and refund our hard earned money. We are honest and tax paying citizens of India and would expect decency fro Wall mantra.
