Hello Team, I have purchased goods from this site and made payment of 6929 Rs. Today I was supposed to receive the order but unable to track it from their portal, so I was trying to reach them and got to know about this fraud, as no support nor tracking details I have received. Also I saw the products from wallmantra in one of the renowned e-comm wesite i.e Nykaa Fashion, so I directly ordered from wallmantra website.But now I am unable to get any tracking details of the order nor I can find how to cancel my order and get the refund. Please look into this, it seems totally Fraud.

I have ordered a large mirror from Wallmantra website. After lot of delay got the mirror but it was of wrong size. So I have placed a return and replacement. Even for the second and third time got same mirror with wrong size. As I got frustrated and this process ran for almost three months, I have opted for refund. Wallmantra team came out saying that they don't want to loose us and ready to credit the amount in wallmantra wallet which I can use anytime.

Seeing the online shopping experience with them, I went for a refund option to my bank account. They asked for my bank details and I gave it. They assured me via whatsapp response that amount will be credited within 7 to 14 working days. But it didn't happen. I was following them for refund for more than a month and I get a default response that my refund is in queue and asking me to wait. Could you please help me in getting my money back. My order Id is WM8310839. I still waiting for it with little hope. Please help....

I placed an order for 2 Numbers of Bathroom Mirror cabinets four or five months before. My order id is WM8299382. I Received 1 Number of stainless steel bathroom mirror cabinet in a damaged condition while it was getting delivered to my delivery address. I raised a complaint to your customer care team and they sent a replacement stainless steel Mirror cabinet product again. It was again damaged during shipment and I shared the details/photos of the damaged product again on your WhatsApp number and requested for a refund for both the products almost a month back.

Everytime I put a reminder on WhatsApp number & sent multiple email communication reminders, I was told that the product would be picked in 2-3 days and a refund would be initiated for both the products in the next 7 working days. I have till now raised 7-8 reminders and absolutely the same response from your whatsapp team and your customer service team. I am really disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. This approach of yours is totally unprofessional. Please escalate this issue and provide me with my refund in the next 2 days. The refund is pending for almost 3 months now....

Wallmantra order no: WM8289378. The defective product was well returned to them on time and I’ve been waiting for the refund since then. It’s been almost 2 weeks now.

Every time I call, they come up with some rubbish excuse of me not having picked up their call from the refund team.

Now every time I call, they Say the amount will be credited in 2-3 days. Someone please guide how to initiate a legal step against the company....

Ordered product's dimensions were wrong and delivery boy's misbehavior was highly disgusting.also he was charging 200 more as delivery charges...

Hi ...So i bought a wall clock for 7.9k from Wall Mantra website And it was not as how it was shown on the website, the product was not satisfying. And to add it was also damaged ...So i placed a return request and the customer care team said it will be done within 14 days but it has been more than 20 days till now and not seen a sign of my amount coming getting refunded the worst customer service to the core. They dont respond properly, their service is very bad and dont keep their words what they say to the customers.

There is no proper tracking of the return or refund processing. I am person who purchase lot of things online, but this is the worst experience that i have ever had in my life. I would recommend other people not to buy in Wall Mantra as they dont respond nor solve your issue soon and properly. Please DONT BUY AT 'WALL MANTRA'. The worst platform to buy home decors....

I bought floor lamp from wall mantra but it was very bad in finish so I returned it …. But they have not issued my refund since 30 days … every time I email them they give me time for another 2-5 days....

After several requests regarding the contact details of senior management, my requests were met with no results. I hope this is the right e-mail address.

A set of 2 leatherette chairs were ordered on wall mantra on 22.09.2022.

Despite repeated requests for real time photographs to Mr.Manas and Mr.Mayank, none whatsoever were shared.

Mr.Manas called me and confirmed that if I prepaid for the chairs, then he could get them delivered by 30th September and that he was even pushing his team for a delivery on 27.09.2022 (my birthday).

I was skeptical but he used all the right sales jargon (premium customer, top priority, personally ensure, birthday wishes etc etc etc) and sent me the payment link. I paid INR 35,998/- to the link and within an hour, received an e-mail saying that the order for INR 35998/- has been cancelled.

On calling Mr.Manas repeatedly, he sent an email with two separate order numbers. Having used all sorts of furniture services online, this was the first instance of two different order numbers. On questioning mr.Manas, he gave some lame story about company practices.

After a week of silence from Mr.Manas, when I called him on 29th Sept regarding the order, he said “I promised 30th. I still have a day”. I inquired about the shipment details after which he disappeared for a day. On repeatedly messaging/calling , he gave dodgy responses but never reverted with the photographs.

I decided to cancel the order today and would request you to end this harassment and refund our hard earned money. We are honest and tax paying citizens of India and would expect decency fro Wall mantra.

Worst ever!
They cheat people big time! We bought a product and instead of 1, 2 products came and when we asked them to return one of it they suggested to go for replacement.

And they gave some options, surprisingly that time they had dinner sets and now it is vanished! the point is, our return product was worth of 4900 and they gave options like dinner sets (28/30 pieces) worth same price.

No brand name was mentioned, it showed only design and display pieces. And today when we got the product, it was shocking to know what we got isnCello dinner set 27 pieces and MRP is 2995, for that Wall mantra charged 4799..!!

Their customer care is terrible as the executives doesn't even know how to address the queries. Each product in the website they make it so attractive and it WILL NOT HAVE any similarity when the customer get the actual product.

Who on earth sells Cello dinner set which is worth of 2995 for double the amount? How can they cheat consumers like this? If cheating has a synonym the name is Wall Mantra!...
