WallMantra: Refund Pending for More than 3 Months

I placed an order for 2 Numbers of Bathroom Mirror cabinets four or five months before. My order id is WM8299382. I Received 1 Number of stainless steel bathroom mirror cabinet in a damaged condition while it was getting delivered to my delivery address. I raised a complaint to your customer care team and they sent a replacement stainless steel Mirror cabinet product again. It was again damaged during shipment and I shared the details/photos of the damaged product again on your WhatsApp number and requested for a refund for both the products almost a month back.

Everytime I put a reminder on WhatsApp number & sent multiple email communication reminders, I was told that the product would be picked in 2-3 days and a refund would be initiated for both the products in the next 7 working days. I have till now raised 7-8 reminders and absolutely the same response from your whatsapp team and your customer service team. I am really disappointed and frustrated with your customer service. This approach of yours is totally unprofessional. Please escalate this issue and provide me with my refund in the next 2 days. The refund is pending for almost 3 months now.

I posted the my complaint message on 21st Sep 2023. Now its almost 2 months. Still I have not received my refund. I am really fed-up following with your team. Can you please update the status when my amount will be refunded?
