Such a sham website. I cancelled a product because of multiple delays in shipment, Still they have not refunded my money after almost 2 months for a product they have not shipped at all!

I have raised two tickets #104399 and # 104458 for the return of damaged products delivered with photos. The replies from the customer Support are evasive and do not address the issue at all. The customer support agent on Business Account whatspp never replies nor contact back. This is the worst online Platform for buying any product and I do not recommend this to anyone.

Complete frauds !!! Haven’t received my refund for a painting since 15 days. Customer care don’t listen to your queries and would just ask you to wait for one or two days for refund.. no formal communication regarding the refund process .. Will never shop from this fraud website

I ordered a painting and requested a refund as there were some issues in delivery. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t received any money from them nor there is any communication regarding the refund. The customer care is pathetic as they will lie to you that the amount will be credited in one or two days. Also , they don’t listen to your queries patiently and would urge you to buy something else as a replacement instead of refund. They won’t process any formal communication mail regarding the refund . Worst online shopping experience, will never shop from this website again. Complete frauds

Hello Shariff here! So i bought a four piece wall painting from Wall Mantra website. And it was not as how it was shown on the website, the product was not satisfying. So i placed a return request and the customer care team said it will be done within 5 days but it has been 20 days till now and not seen a sign of my amount coming getting refunded the worst customer service to the core. They dont respond properly, their service is very bad and dont keep their words what they say to the customers. There is no proper tracking of the return or refund processing. I am person who purchase lot of things online, but this is the worst experience that i have ever had in my life. I would recommend other people not to buy in Wall Mantra as they dont respond nor solve your issue soon and properly. Please DONT BUY AT 'WALL MANTRA'. The worst platform to buy home decors.

We are also expecting a refund for the past 15 days. Everytime we call they say the refund will be credited with 2 days. But still no sign.

I ordered a painting from Wallmantra but it turned out be of poor quality and printed fabric in the name of canvas painting, so i initiated a return for it.. 19 days have passed and I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call their customer service, they say that the refund will be credited within 1 or 2 days and they are saying this from the past 19 days. Totally a fraud company.

Worst ever! They cheat people big time! We bought a product and instead of 1, 2 products came and when we asked them to return one of it they suggested to go for replacement. And they gave some options, surprisingly that time they had dinner sets and now it is vanished! the point is, our return product was worth of 4900 and they gave options like dinner sets (28/30 pieces) worth same price. No brand name was mentioned, it showed only design and display pieces. And today when we got the product, it was shocking to know what we got is Cello dinner set 27 pieces and MRP is 2495, for that Wall mantra charged 4900...!! if cheating has a synonym the name is Wall Mantra!
