I brought a product from wall Mantra bearing Order No. WM861428 and this is also satisfies return policy but the concerned company is not picking up the product and also not processing the refund. I have contacted repeatedly to the customer care but they are not responding to my complain.

Worst ever! They cheat people big time! We bought a product and instead of 1, 2 products came and when we asked them to return one of it they suggested to go for replacement. And they gave some options, surprisingly that time they had dinner sets and now it is vanished! the point is, our return product was worth of 4900 and they gave options like dinner sets (28/30 pieces) worth same price. No brand name was mentioned, it showed only design and display pieces. And today when we got the product, it was shocking to know what we got is Cello dinner set 27 pieces and MRP is 2495, for that Wall mantra charged 4900...!! if cheating has a synonym the name is Wall Mantra!
