Wallmantra order no: WM8289378. The defective product was well returned to them on time and I’ve been waiting for the refund since then. It’s been almost 2 weeks now.
Every time I call, they come up with some rubbish excuse of me not having picked up their call from the refund team.
Now every time I call, they Say the amount will be credited in 2-3 days. Someone please guide how to initiate a legal step against the company.
