i odered iqoo z7 mobile from iqoo official website as on 16 october 2023 but they delayed in shipment after 10 days of delay i cancelled my ordered on 25 oct and received cancellation mail on 27 oct. its been 6 days i haven't received any message regarding my refund . they have not initiated my refund. customer service not helping with my problem. they told me to wait for 24 hour but no solution. this is fraud company they dont even deliver product. dont buy from iqoo website. costumer care service is pathetic. i have tried every every thing mail message phone whatsapp but didn't get any solution . i dont think they wants to refund money....

Unhone wo mobile service centre, Churniroad me bhej diya aur karib 10 din baad mujhe shopkeeper ne bataya ki mobile ka mother board gaya hai aur repair karne ke liye Rs 12500/- dene honge.

Sir meri yahi complaint hai ki itne jaldi mobile ka mother board band kaise hua. Ek saal me agar itne badi mobile company ka mother board kharab hua to ye mere sath froud hua hai. please mujhe nyay dijiye.

Company promise 2 major software update push in y50 smart phone. This phone release android 10 and till days android 12 roll out company other phone but still vivo y50 get not any major update....

MY PHONE VIVO Y 73 7MONTHS OLD, GOT CURVED SUDDENLY WITHIN 4 TO 5 DAYS. SO, I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE MONEY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AS IT IS A PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

BUT THEY HAVE CHECKED IT, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DAMAGE IN THE DEVICE AND HOW CAN A PHONE WORTH RS. 21000 GET CURVED SUDDENLY. I WANT MY PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED UNDER WARRANTY....

I have recently buy vivo x70 pro on 15 Oct 2021 cost 48000 but it will automatically break comes on back screen without any falling or physical damage it is due to some technical issues but service centre did not listen they said it is physically damage and you have to pay 4000.

But it is in warranty and also i did insurance but they said this damage not cover in warranty or in insurance. I want my back. they are cheaters. The shopkeepers did not listen i bought from smartphone zone lashkar.

They also not responding at all. They only said it is physical damage they did not listen why i give charges to them when my phone is in warranty and also have insurance shopkeeper gave me phone with insurance....
