i odered iqoo z7 mobile from iqoo official website as on 16 october 2023 but they delayed in shipment after 10 days of delay i cancelled my ordered on 25 oct and received cancellation mail on 27 oct. its been 6 days i haven't received any message regarding my refund . they have not initiated my refund. customer service not helping with my problem. they told me to wait for 24 hour but no solution. this is fraud company they dont even deliver product. dont buy from iqoo website. costumer care service is pathetic. i have tried every every thing mail message phone whatsapp but didn't get any solution . i dont think they wants to refund money.
