MY PHONE VIVO Y 73 7MONTHS OLD, GOT CURVED SUDDENLY WITHIN 4 TO 5 DAYS. SO, I WENT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE MONEY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AS IT IS A PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
BUT THEY HAVE CHECKED IT, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DAMAGE IN THE DEVICE AND HOW CAN A PHONE WORTH RS. 21000 GET CURVED SUDDENLY. I WANT MY PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED UNDER WARRANTY.
