I ordered one product using emi.. when i put 3 month emi with 0%interest i don't know in upi app ( i used phonepay) it was showing 6 month emi with 1%emi... i am not aware i think when i seen cash difference i think some offer was addedamd amount reduced... Anyway i paid money using upi payment and auto debit also automatically set... When i go back to unboxify site after some time it shown transaction failed... From my account money deducted.

When i messaged there customer care number no reply for me... No other contact number was there for unbpxify ... I measaged initially they sent hai and asked the issue... When i told issue after that no reply from them not taking the call from the number given on site unbpxify. Please do the needful....

I had purchased a Fitbit Versa Special Edition on [Protected]from Unboxify Immediately upon receipt I had noticed that the unit had actually been imported in 2019 (i.e 4 years earlier). This was evident from the fact that the silicon strap broke within 2 days and the battery never lasted even 1 day. Upon approaching unboxify, I was told that I was to approach Fitbit USA who would address my warranty issue. They had even assured me of their support by Whatsapp. Upon approaching the Fitbit in USA, I was clearly informed that the unit was not covered under warranty since it had already been registered for a warranty on Oct 19th 2020 and hence the warranty was over.

Obviously Unboxify had sold me a secondhand watch claiming that it was new and that it had the manufacturer's warranty. I have records of all the communication with Unboxify and Fitbit in Whatsapp messages and Email. When I produced Fitbit's mail confirming that the unit was out of warranty to Unboxify, they just stopped responding to my Whatsapp messages and there is no other way to connect with them. I am thoroughly disgusted with their irresponsible behavior....

I have ordered Apple Airpods pro from their website. The product received is completely dead. Both Airpods and the charging case has battery issues. I even went to the Apple store, they said its completely dead and can't be repaired.

I connected unboxify through their only way of communication ie. WhatsApp, wherein they are not willing to accept that they have sent a faulty product. On top of it, you can't even post any reviews on their website directly, and if you give negative reviews they won't post on their webiste.They are absolutely fake and don't trust them....

GST credit worth over 5,000rs not received.Unboxify has no email, no phone number to contact. They claim only WhatsApp support where lo and behold no one replies. Just automated messages being sent out that they will contact in 24 hours. That 24 hours is never here.We are in process of filing a legal complaint with the GST authorities.Save your time. Save your money. Do not buy anything from Unboxify....

I have received fake product from their site and now they are not even responding to the messages no contact number given. Even I have sent them the unboxing video still they are not responding. No invoice given and they have mentioned that 2×price will b given if the product is fake. But there is no one to contact or to help with people query. I have made the payment. In there return policy they are giving gift card with us worthless to me if the site is fake.

Serial number given on airpods is different and after connecting the buds the serial number showing is different. I have attached the images and ask them to replace the item but no revert from their site. Even if I initiated the replacement i don't even know that I'll receive the genuine product in the next go. It was worth Rs13000/- I don't have any idea how I'll get my amount back. If you can help please provide with the solution I have earned that money with very hard work.
