My name is lalit. I purchased fossil 5 generation smart watch.. delivered on 17/09/2023. My watch suddenly stop working , touch screen not working , only high contrast green light present on screen , sometimes watch suddenly switched off. I already raised replacement/return request on 19/09/2023 at around 02:30 Am. No reply one single reply or msg from unboxify .kindly resolve my issue.
