I ordered one product using emi.. when i put 3 month emi with 0%interest i don't know in upi app ( i used phonepay) it was showing 6 month emi with 1%emi... i am not aware i think when i seen cash difference i think some offer was addedamd amount reduced... Anyway i paid money using upi payment and auto debit also automatically set... When i go back to unboxify site after some time it shown transaction failed... From my account money deducted.

When i messaged there customer care number no reply for me... No other contact number was there for unbpxify ... I measaged initially they sent hai and asked the issue... When i told issue after that no reply from them not taking the call from the number given on site unbpxify. Please do the needful.
