I have received fake product from their site and now they are not even responding to the messages no contact number given. Even I have sent them the unboxing video still they are not responding. No invoice given and they have mentioned that 2×price will b given if the product is fake. But there is no one to contact or to help with people query. I have made the payment. In there return policy they are giving gift card with us worthless to me if the site is fake.

Serial number given on airpods is different and after connecting the buds the serial number showing is different. I have attached the images and ask them to replace the item but no revert from their site. Even if I initiated the replacement i don't even know that I'll receive the genuine product in the next go. It was worth Rs13000/- I don't have any idea how I'll get my amount back. If you can help please provide with the solution I have earned that money with very hard work. Please provide the best solution so I can get my money back or atleast get the original product which I wanted and I have paid for.
