I ordered a fitbit Charge 4 (order ID KL2350418UN) for 5K. I received a damaged and defective product. The screen is chipped on one side and it is not working either. If I connect the charger it lights up and dies. I raised a return request but there has been no action or acknowledgement from the company. The customer service whatsapp number has not come back on a resolution to my issue. There is no email or phone number to contact them and they are not responive on whatsapp.
