They not sure which part was have problem. They said 4-5 days need for repair. How can new bike face this all problems. If the bike suddenly stops any far place from city how can handle the situation by customer.

They not show any urgency to solve this problem regarding new bike. And no guaranty to this types problems having again after this solved....

I booked an TVS NTORQ online as on 28th June 2021. The dealer assigned by TVS to me was HiTech motors, Kannur. I was delivered an NTORQ (Base model) on 24th July 202On the same day it self I found the provided Scooter is faulty and had complaints. Scooter was getting excess heat, but not showing the heat scale in meters.

Also .Same time the scooter had movement issues, it was not getting moved even when I raised the acceleration and vehicle had excess vibration and shivering. Due to this again, my leg and pillion rider's leg was also getting heated and shivered from the foot board and foot rest. Delivered vehicle has excess amount of vibration.

Apart from this, the Digital meter was showing wrong information about fuel status. When I start the scooter, it shows Fuel empty and the last bar is blinking. After moving half a Kilometre, Meter again starts showing fuel with two bars and the Fuel Empty message disappears. Due to this I am unable to understand the actual status.

I raised the complaint with the dealer the same day NTORQ was delivered. But due to a lock-down in the area where dealer store is located, I was advised to hand over the vehicle only after a week. So I waited and then handed over my Scooter on 30th July 2021.

After a week, I was informed that issues are fixed. When I asked them what was the actual issue and what was done by the TVS technician, they didn't have actual information. I was said that, TVS technician opened Engine box and changed somethin.I went there and checked the vehicle and found the heat was reduced.

But rest all problems are still there. So the mechanic in the showroom checked and he changed the clutch set completely to fix the issue, but still I was experiencing the issue and was not satisfied. But I decided to monitor for few days and took the scooter back with me.

After riding the scooter for 3-4 days, I literally felt like I would have not bought NTORQ and would have gone for another vehicle from Honda or Suzuki. I again went to the dealer showroom and handed over the vehicle to them as on 14th Aug 2021. I informed them, I need a replacement and I don't want the same scooter again.

I requested them to confirm their decision on next Tuesday (17th Aug 2021). Same day I created Grievance ticket with TVS over mail. But still I didnt get any response from Dealer. So i followed up with dealer on 18th and on 19th. On 18th, nobody responded to me and then on 19th when I chased through whatsapp.

I was asked to visit dealer again on same day because technician from TVS company is available at showroom. I went there and demonstrated issues to him.But still TVS and Their dealer is claiming that vehicle had no issue and all issues reported are normal. As per them the excess vibration for a vehicle is normal.

Heat after riding for 15-20 km is normal, foot-board heating during ride is normal and wrong information in digital console is normal. I request you to kindly look into this and help me to get a replacement. Please find below details of order and vehicle delivered....

I purchased a TVS NTorq 125 Scooter on 30th Dec 2020 from TVS Speedways, Thane, which is an authorised dealer of TVS Motor Company Ltd. After getting my Scooter registration documents however, I came to know that the model sold to me was of Feb 2020 make and not Dec 2020, which is the general practice.

While taking delivery of Scooter I had found the Odometer wire disconnected, the brake levers were also lose due to probable overuse etc. All this created doubts that the Scooter sold to me without disclosing that it was an old model was infact a Feb 2020 manufactured Demo Scooter which has now been sold to me as new vehicle in Dec 2020.

This amounts to deliberate cheating a consumer and breaking his trust on a brand by not disclosing facts while selling. Generally Demo vehicles are disposed off to known people with huge discounts, since practically it becomes a much used and abused vehicle.

Here I paid the full amount for a new scooter and the dealer and company cheated me by delivering to me an old used second hand Demo vehicle of Feb 2020 make in Dec 2020 after 10 months of getting it.

I feel strongly that suitable discount should be passed on to me and the dealership penalised for deliberately, willfully, knowingly cheating consumers. The company is casual in approach and not responding to any of my enquiries by mail / phone. ...
