Fraud company I guess u can never connect with them, they don't reply to emails and neither do they respond on phone, always a waiting period and once u connect with then they disconnect, booked tickets.

They cancelled it within 30 minutes and I am still awaiting for the refund. while booking tickets we don't get time to pay we have to pay everything upfront but when it's a matter of refund the company takes its own time.

I am still waiting for my refund, don't even know whether this is a genuine or fraud company. Anurag [Protected]....

I have booked the ticket for Srinagar to Leh. Booking date17/02/2022 time 12:45:08 But PNR not generated amount ₹11627 debited. Just we do not receive amount. We call him again and again they told us wait but from last from last two and a half months we do not receive any amount I think they are cheaters, beggars.

We give suggestion to the common people do not make business with they are really cheaters. Now i requested to the common do give any chance to travel look for any type of business....

This is w.r.t the payment of reference no REF[Protected]flight from Delhi to dimapur of 01 April 2022 Indigo 6E-5398 by name of Mr. Hemant Rawat. On 13 march 2022 ticket booking process from travel look amount has been deducted from my account i.e Rs. 4650/-.

After that i received a message on the same page stating that "your booking is in the process kindly wait for a while, the process may take 30 min". After waiting 30 min I contact customer service center, he told me that deducted amount will credit in my account within 7 working days.

After that whenever I contact them the reply is same that the amount will credit to you with in 7 days and it already been more than 1 month. More than 1 month has been passed but there is no response from the company.

Every time i contact them they said that refund will be done with 7 days. Copy of booking and mails attached herewith with this complaint kindly see. And so the needful at earliest....

I have booked my flight on 14 March 2022, after transaction it's shown booking is under processing. Then after few minutes i got call from company side and they said, your booking is cancelled and u will receive your amount within 10-15 days. My booking reference number is REF765191198.

When I called after 15 days and they said that, they have initiated the refund but there is a problem from their bank side. Whenever I call i get same response and from last 3 days i am not getting response even on call too.

Today it's been total 22 days, I have mailed also but i am not getting my mail response from company side neither of my call respond. I am requesting to you, i am a student, i have pressure of my family, we are not rich.

My family helped me in very crucial time, i can't waste the money. Please understand my problem and please help me get my refund from this company as soon as possible....

I have booked my air ticket to travel from chennai to Chicago on Feb 14 and due to various reason i have cancelled my tripped. I have requested for refund and it has been initiated on Dec 24 (Not sure about the date).

I Booked on 9th Mar thru Travo Look portal an Air ticket on 9th Mar 22 for a travel by Vistara for a destination from Delhi to Mumbai on 15th Mar. On line payment of Rs 6300/- was done thru Credit Card.

Got a mail with a "REF824601434" from Travo Look stating that "Your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. This mail also stated that an amount of Rs 6300 will be refunded.

Later received a mail from Travellook on 11th Mar that refund will be made within 10-15 days working days. Today i was informed by the representative that necessary instruction is given on 23rd Mar for refund and that money will be credited. Money is still not received....

Hi I have booked airline tickets from this company who after 1 hour sent me a mail of cancellation the amount is of 58000INR traveling from Hyderabad to Jammu, The call center is just post pounding the date of refund.

And its been more than 15 days now. REF number is REF049580381....

I had booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to New Delhi with booking id REF [Protected]on 3rd Feb. payment was already made. And after 1 hour received a mail that booking has been canceled due to pricing issues and will get the refund back in 48 hours.

But after 2 days when I called the customer care they told refund will be done in 7-10 days. I waited for 10 days and then again called them again the team told that will get refund in another 5 days.

And slowly entire Feb month is over now still they haven’t refunded back the amount of 5500 to my account. When called again they are saying due to technical reason refund will be done on 5 March ‘22. I want my money back anyhow now....

I have booked my flight from travollook.com on 8th of January, 2022. money got debited from my account and within a minute, I got an email from travol look stating that my flight got cancelled due to operational issue and you will get your refund with in 10-15 days.

Till now I have not received my money back, I am calling their customer care daily they are repeating the same thing again and again that will refund my money within this week, 2 days and so on.

This is a scam, fraud website that are trying to rob people hard earned money. People are mentioning complaints as travel Look but its is actually Travol Look.
