I Booked on 9th Mar thru Travo Look portal an Air ticket on 9th Mar 22 for a travel by Vistara for a destination from Delhi to Mumbai on 15th Mar. On line payment of Rs 6300/- was done thru Credit Card.
Got a mail with a "REF[Protected]" from Travo Look stating that "Your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. This mail also stated that an amount of Rs 6300 will be refunded.
Later received a mail from Travellook on 11th Mar that refund will be made within 10-15 days working days. Today i was informed by the representative that necessary instruction is given on 23rd Mar for refund and that money will be credited. Money is still not received.
