Fraud company I guess u can never connect with them, they don't reply to emails and neither do they respond on phone, always a waiting period and once u connect with then they disconnect, booked tickets.
They cancelled it within 30 minutes and I am still awaiting for the refund. while booking tickets we don't get time to pay we have to pay everything upfront but when it's a matter of refund the company takes its own time.
I am still waiting for my refund, don't even know whether this is a genuine or fraud company. Anurag [Protected].
