Travel Look: Amount Not Refunded

I have booked my air ticket to travel from chennai to Chicago on Feb 14 and due to various reason i have cancelled my tripped. I have requested for refund and it has been initiated on Dec 24 (Not sure about the date).

In the call said , it will take 30 working days to process. It has crossed the dated.
