I had booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to New Delhi with booking id REF [Protected]on 3rd Feb. payment was already made. And after 1 hour received a mail that booking has been canceled due to pricing issues and will get the refund back in 48 hours.
But after 2 days when I called the customer care they told refund will be done in 7-10 days. I waited for 10 days and then again called them again the team told that will get refund in another 5 days.
And slowly entire Feb month is over now still they haven’t refunded back the amount of 5500 to my account. When called again they are saying due to technical reason refund will be done on 5 March ‘22. I want my money back anyhow now.
