I would like to highlight multiple issues we had to face while we prepaid for Ultra Stroller (MRP 6399/-). I have put the names of their Customer care members.
On 19th Dec 2022, we ordered blue color Ultra Stroller (from Tanisha). Delivery received on 24th Dec 2022. We were out on that weekend thus we opened the box on 26th Dec. Their Box stated brown color. Though, their Support personnel (Sheetal) asked me to open the box and check the color and product quality. It was indeed brown. She said, if I accept brown she can provide me concession of Rs200/- for avoiding replacement.
While placing the order, Sales person (Tanisha) mentioned on chat that Stroller has a capacity to hold baby of 20 -25 Kgs. Website's product page too mentions 50 pounds (i.e., 22.5Kgs), however while reviewing the product brochure on the day of delivery, it mentioned WARNING - Only for babies less than 15 Kgs! When I spoke about this discrepancy and asked them to take their product back and refund us our money, they stated, they do not have return policy. Only exchange policy. In regards to the discrepancy, their floor supervisor (Pritam Singh) explains that 50pounds weight is including Stroller's own weight! I was unable to digest this info, however I was fighting with wall as he was not ready to accept this stupidity and neither was he ready to return my money.
I was in deep shock to notice that the product body does not have "Staranddaisy" or its logo printed anywhere on it! Neither their Invoice have "Staranddaisy" or its logo printed on it! In Invoice, the product name just states "Stroller - Ultra". The company name is "UP Ceramics and Potteries"! Their floor Supervisor explains that they have the rights to sold this French product of SND under their name.
I hated the fact on why I made advance payment. Only reason was their sales (Tanisha) had offered me 8% discount driving the product cost down to Rs. 5887/-. This discount was not applicable on postpaid.Last week, I had returned the Brown stroller. Today (i.e, 4th Jan 2023) they were about to ship my Blue stroller, however since morning I am not getting any proper response from their Support. It makes me clueless on whether I am getting my (blue) stroller in proper condition.
The staff of this company does not even communicate with you via mail. Not a single mail! They only use Whatsapp or Phone (audio call). Even the invoice is sent to you after few days via Whatsapp. So you have no way to track proper communication. Their chat personnel does not come on phone. The phone personnel does not respond on chat. They are different teams.
We are stuck if we are buying any of their products. I totally recommend to stay away from this company and spread this message to make right authorities aware of this fraudulent company....
