I received damaged and scared scooter from star and daisy. They informed that product could not be replaced as this is manufacturing defect.

I am a customer of star and daisy and made the mistake of ordering a product (study table and chair set Model K80 -blue) directly from your website. Initially a broken table with a blue color not matching with the rest of the set was sent to me and I shared pictures asking for replacement.The second time the replacement came which was more damaged and broken than the initial product.

Now after two days there is no response over mail. Upon following up on whatsapp I have been told by your customer care that "This is not a consideration". Earlier also issue was addressed by customer care saying "not worth considering"These guys have zero ethics, their customer care is pathetic. NEVER TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS....

I purchased Baby Rocker Product amounting INR 8000 from Star and Daisy. This product has the manufacturing defect from Day 1, my order ID is 194054. I send several mails to their management including their founders, logged several complaints to their useless customer care team, however all my efforts are gone in vein. No replacement done, no solution provided and I was made to suffer for this. This is a Fraud Company and looting innocent Indian Customers. I request all Big Players to delist and blacklist them so that they do their home work right before entering Indian Market.

I want refund of my money.Their management and customer care team is quite unprofessional and not competent in resolving customer issues. They only try to pass the bug on the customer itself. I have never ever dealt with such a Fraud Company. They should be banned in India so that they shall not loot innocent Indian Customers. I wanted to sue their Management and defame their Company as I have wasted at least 10 hours in sending several mails to their management including their founders and talking to their customer care team but all went in vein.
Really Pathetic experience with them, will never ever buy from them in future....

Hi team,
i ordered an stoller via icici credit card on 4th august amounting 5863. The item was ordered and CANCELLED on the same day within 1 hour. order no 192667. I was told the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days , but till now your team is unable to provide me with a refund reference no.

They r saying help me with saving account no or debit or credit card details to process the refund, despite knowing that fraud could happen if i grant my details, i want my refund amount back on source, through which i paid. Request you to process my refund amount ASAP....

Bought a walker worth 3000 from their website directly (instead of Amazon) as it was a little cheaper on their company website. This greed of mine for few 100s cost me a lot . They shipped a used or returned product which was clearly not factory packaging and was ofcourse low in quality and had missing parts. Tried reaching their customer service who conveniently escape with stupid bot messages and hardly care for customer satisfaction.

Now am stuck with an unusable low quality product, and useless pathetic customer support who refuse to even hear your complaint. Fuggers don't even have the courtesy to take in customer complaints properly. They are nothing but a bunch of money minded a**holes delivering sub standard products . DO NOT buy the brand products if you care for ur baby....

I have ordered a baby product ( Staranddaisy Double Sided Water Proof Baby Carpet Mat ) from the 'https://staranddaisy.in/' online portal. When I opened my order later days, I found that the product was defective. The defects are captured in the attached images for reference. The major one is the tear of the mat. I came across the policy to replace the product. I dropped an email to '[PROTECTED]@upcpl.com' but have not received a response for a few days.

Now, I forwarded the concern to ' [PROTECTED]@staranddaisy.in'. I received a call (from Mr. Rahul Shrama) saying that we can't replace the product but instead you can use it with a few non sense tweaks (like sticking it with tape, it won't harm) and it is not defective.

Also, I was being forced to convince myself that the product is not defective, our whole product team has checked the photos and you can use it with tweaks. We will provide compensation of 200 Rs. I am extremely unhappy with the service and treatment. As a customer, if the product which I received is defective I am expecting it to be replaced if I am raising the replacement request....

I would like to highlight multiple issues we had to face while we prepaid for Ultra Stroller (MRP 6399/-). I have put the names of their Customer care members.
On 19th Dec 2022, we ordered blue color Ultra Stroller (from Tanisha). Delivery received on 24th Dec 2022. We were out on that weekend thus we opened the box on 26th Dec. Their Box stated brown color. Though, their Support personnel (Sheetal) asked me to open the box and check the color and product quality. It was indeed brown. She said, if I accept brown she can provide me concession of Rs200/- for avoiding replacement.

While placing the order, Sales person (Tanisha) mentioned on chat that Stroller has a capacity to hold baby of 20 -25 Kgs. Website's product page too mentions 50 pounds (i.e., 22.5Kgs), however while reviewing the product brochure on the day of delivery, it mentioned WARNING - Only for babies less than 15 Kgs! When I spoke about this discrepancy and asked them to take their product back and refund us our money, they stated, they do not have return policy. Only exchange policy. In regards to the discrepancy, their floor supervisor (Pritam Singh) explains that 50pounds weight is including Stroller's own weight! I was unable to digest this info, however I was fighting with wall as he was not ready to accept this stupidity and neither was he ready to return my money.

I was in deep shock to notice that the product body does not have "Staranddaisy" or its logo printed anywhere on it! Neither their Invoice have "Staranddaisy" or its logo printed on it! In Invoice, the product name just states "Stroller - Ultra". The company name is "UP Ceramics and Potteries"! Their floor Supervisor explains that they have the rights to sold this French product of SND under their name.

I hated the fact on why I made advance payment. Only reason was their sales (Tanisha) had offered me 8% discount driving the product cost down to Rs. 5887/-. This discount was not applicable on postpaid.Last week, I had returned the Brown stroller. Today (i.e, 4th Jan 2023) they were about to ship my Blue stroller, however since morning I am not getting any proper response from their Support. It makes me clueless on whether I am getting my (blue) stroller in proper condition.

The staff of this company does not even communicate with you via mail. Not a single mail! They only use Whatsapp or Phone (audio call). Even the invoice is sent to you after few days via Whatsapp. So you have no way to track proper communication. Their chat personnel does not come on phone. The phone personnel does not respond on chat. They are different teams.

We are stuck if we are buying any of their products. I totally recommend to stay away from this company and spread this message to make right authorities aware of this fraudulent company....

I have ordered baby playmat from staranddaisy. Its been 15 days already and i dont have any update on my order. Their support staff keeps avoiding it. Now they are saying they have lost the package and they will take 10 more days to deliver my product. 1 month wait for a playmat is too much when my baby is about to crawl. They are not refunding my money also. Fruad company. Fake description. Please do not order anything from their website. ...

I have order my product it's been a month still am not able to receive my order not even am able to trace my order worst service customer care are not responding well try to contact them multiple times but no response may I know the reason why is it so happening I tried to contact but what to do know when I am going to received my product just trying to contact DTDC stardaisy worst service man please help me out or I will file a complaint against stairdaisy everywhere.

Fix this issue as soon as possible this is my order I'd 38353 the order of my slide it's a kids product kindly revert me on my mail and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible I have waited too long now I can't please clarify this issue anyhow I don't know anything just want my product or else returny money.

I will be waiting for your response worst service seriously whenever try to contact them they just response 1 thing that they are not able to trace the order even your customer service is so worst please contact DTDC or else do anything from your side will wait for your revert it's too much now....

The company is fake and so are their products. I did a big mistake from ordering from their website. I ordered a high chair from their website (order no 40459) at a higher price thinking that the company would provide better customer service.

The same chair was available at FirstCry.com and Amazon at a much cheaper price. However, the company not only delivered my product late but also did a mistake in my order and delivered the wrong product.

Initially the customer service responded and chatted on whatsapp but later, there was no support and instead stopped taking my calls and replying to my messages.

Now i am tired calling customer service again and again but the level of their Cx service is so poor. I have called them 100 times but no one picks up the calls. Moreover no one answers whatsapp messages.

I am tired of contacting the company and will resort to consumer court now. I was just requesting a return and that too was denied by them. Neither they are replacing not returning the product.

It feels so bad to see your hard earned money going in vain with such fraud companies in India. I will take strict actions against the owners - Anshul Arya and Akshay Arya. You guys cannot fool customers and cheat on them like this....
