I am a customer of star and daisy and made the mistake of ordering a product (study table and chair set Model K80 -blue) directly from your website. Initially a broken table with a blue color not matching with the rest of the set was sent to me and I shared pictures asking for replacement.The second time the replacement came which was more damaged and broken than the initial product.
Now after two days there is no response over mail. Upon following up on whatsapp I have been told by your customer care that "This is not a consideration". Earlier also issue was addressed by customer care saying "not worth considering"These guys have zero ethics, their customer care is pathetic. NEVER TRUST THEM OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.
