Hi team,
i ordered an stoller via icici credit card on 4th august amounting 5863. The item was ordered and CANCELLED on the same day within 1 hour. order no 192667. I was told the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days , but till now your team is unable to provide me with a refund reference no.
They r saying help me with saving account no or debit or credit card details to process the refund, despite knowing that fraud could happen if i grant my details, i want my refund amount back on source, through which i paid. Request you to process my refund amount ASAP.
