The company is fake and so are their products. I did a big mistake from ordering from their website. I ordered a high chair from their website (order no 40459) at a higher price thinking that the company would provide better customer service.
The same chair was available at FirstCry.com and Amazon at a much cheaper price. However, the company not only delivered my product late but also did a mistake in my order and delivered the wrong product.
Initially the customer service responded and chatted on whatsapp but later, there was no support and instead stopped taking my calls and replying to my messages.
Now i am tired calling customer service again and again but the level of their Cx service is so poor. I have called them 100 times but no one picks up the calls. Moreover no one answers whatsapp messages.
I am tired of contacting the company and will resort to consumer court now. I was just requesting a return and that too was denied by them. Neither they are replacing not returning the product.
It feels so bad to see your hard earned money going in vain with such fraud companies in India. I will take strict actions against the owners - Anshul Arya and Akshay Arya. You guys cannot fool customers and cheat on them like this.

Yes this is such a shameless company...if it was for money making through fraud they could hav done many businesses but they chose the sensitive business of baby products they sell china models saying luxurious brand...within 2 months the cradle doesn't get locked and after 5 days of continuous follow up now they are saying we only giv warranty for technical issues not these things
Reply Yes , even iam facing problem with this company , there is no customer care servixe attitude , seems like they know only how to sell their products to custimers, no service after sales is done.
