I have ordered a baby product ( Staranddaisy Double Sided Water Proof Baby Carpet Mat ) from the 'https://staranddaisy.in/' online portal. When I opened my order later days, I found that the product was defective. The defects are captured in the attached images for reference. The major one is the tear of the mat. I came across the policy to replace the product. I dropped an email to '[PROTECTED]@upcpl.com' but have not received a response for a few days.
Now, I forwarded the concern to ' [PROTECTED]@staranddaisy.in'. I received a call (from Mr. Rahul Shrama) saying that we can't replace the product but instead you can use it with a few non sense tweaks (like sticking it with tape, it won't harm) and it is not defective.
Also, I was being forced to convince myself that the product is not defective, our whole product team has checked the photos and you can use it with tweaks. We will provide compensation of 200 Rs. I am extremely unhappy with the service and treatment. As a customer, if the product which I received is defective I am expecting it to be replaced if I am raising the replacement request.
