I have placed an order on 16 September for mama earth anti hair fall regimen kit consists of onion shampoo, conditioner. Hair oil and scalp serum . But i received rice water shampoo and hair serum on 20 September . Written the email for the problem but they are not giving me the perfect solution and asking for time since last 15 days....

I ordered products from this site and paid online but my number was incorrect so the delivery boy didn't gave me the product nor he cancelled but when I am cancelling the product it shows i cant cancel it. So i tried so much to contact with smytten but they are. Not helping me . Now they are cancelling my product. I want my money back what to do. My trial order no. Is 6455834....

I made an order 5618028 on 23 rd June and it was supposed to be delivered by 29th June. I have not received the order and on tracking it is shown that the order is on hold. On requesting the site to cancel the order they refuse to do so and ask to wait.

It has already been a week and i haven't got what i ordered neither my money is refunded. Multiple mails have been sent but their reply is to wait just so i keep waiting and forget about my order as well as my money. checked via delhivery.

There is no update after 26 June when the package reached hyderabad. I need you to cancel and refund the amount as its not trackable and now a waste of my time and money.

So i ordered from smytten on 21 April and it keeps changing my estimated delivery it was 29 but it is now 8 may they are not allowing me to cancel and it was my prepaid order they are not replying to my mails.

I am fed up i need my money back on Paytm wallet i want my order in 2 days that's my concern they are not delivering my products they only reply on pre written text what to do they always say 2 to 3 working days this is not the way.

And the order is in Lucknow but they are not deliver till date it was last updated on 30th April i want my order please help me and complaint against smytten they are not replying to our phone calls also.

They cut call everytime not a one time they pick our call like i m waiting from 14 days they are not replying i m mailing them everyday they just make excuses and not help us.

My friends order is also in transit from 10 days she ordered on 24th of April i m calling since last 8 days but they are not replying that's it....

I ordered some items from smytten but had to cancel the order due to some reason. My money was supposed to be credited to my account with 5-7 days but i didn't received the money.

When I send an email to the customer care regarding this they told me my money has been credited to my account, but clearly that was not the case....

I ordered a trail pack on this website on 9th November 2021 but still i didn't get my products every day the delivery day is changing still i didn't get my products and also i didn't able to cancel it. So i need my products....

I registered complaint in application complaint section but after few hours there is showing query is resolved but i didn't get any resolution by mail or by smytten application. You get money back when you buy to try things and i had nearly 2000 in my wallet that i used to place orders when the order was dispatched worth 500 on delivery it was showing 1000 and when i denied acceptance they did not deliver with correct amount instead wrongly stated that i received the parcel to keep my money. Fraud company....
