I made an order [Protected]on 23 rd June and it was supposed to be delivered by 29th June. I have not received the order and on tracking it is shown that the order is on hold. On requesting the site to cancel the order they refuse to do so and ask to wait.

It has already been a week and i haven't got what i ordered neither my money is refunded. Multiple mails have been sent but their reply is to wait just so i keep waiting and forget about my order as well as my money. checked via delhivery.

There is no update after 26 June when the package reached hyderabad. I need you to cancel and refund the amount as its not trackable and now a waste of my time and money.

Don't want the product and never to buy from your site again. Please refund my money i don't want the order. It is useless it was a gift and the occasion already is over.

Refund me immediately. I think it is a fake company luring people to buy products on discount and then just not delivering it. I have never had any problem with other app based companies.
