Dear Consumer court and RBI,
This is regarding my loan with Rupeek gold for which i have renewed the gold loan with 15k plus rs and then from Jan this month there was no mention of interest on the said app due to which this loan interest was not paid. This was an issue from rupeek for which i said we can have paid 2k monthly without any issue but there was nothing mentioned on the app.

Now they have a penalty on the same and are trying to illegally auction our gold. This is illegal practice done by Rupeek gold and they are calling again and again due to which we are in mental trauma. We were ready to renew this without penalty and extra charges but they are not making any compromise deals rather they want to auction illegally.

Will file FIR against CEO and directors against this illegal and intimidation from Rupeek gold. Please do let us know if there is any other way to lodge a complaint against this illegal act of Rupeek....

I paid the amount for part release on 6th December 2023, and the part release of my gold was supposed to get delivered on 7th Dec 2023, but still it has not got delivered, every time i call to the customer service they tell that someone from the backed team will contact me for the same, but never got any solution. Rupeek gold loan is a cheat and fraud company, after taking the money they never release the product on time, and upon that charging the interest for the same, now what about the loss of mine for these 5 days, will rupeek pay me the interest of the gold even after paying them for the same as i never got my gold from them....

My interest due date on 30AUG 2023 but i made the payment 1 day earlier i.e., 29 aug 2023 on 30september i tried to pay the make the payment it showed 7922 as interest i made the full interest payment why there is a extra charge??? Again In rupeek app am tried to make the payment on 30october 2023 but in the app interest payment option not shown so i called to rupeek sales excecutive who reffered me for gold loan taking process he said that he will let you know but i didn't received any call from the rupeek team regarding interest paymnet Yesterday someone has called me from service centre for renewal of gold loan so i informed her about my issue regarding am unable to see the interest payment option in the app she said to me to wrote the mail to [PROTECTED]@rupeek.comso.

So i make the complaint to same then i received a call from service center regarding this after 20 minutes that now your payment interest option is now working kindly make the payment of Rs.10800 as interest delayed then i said for them that Its not my problem its your rupeek app problem for not showing the interest in the app i will not make the extra chargers they are forcing me to pay the total extra chargers today again i received a call from the rupeek team saying that you to make the interest payment of Rs.11095....

I Sanjay kr Gupta taken a gold loan from Rupeek and Federal bank . My loan ID is 2280252. My last date for renewal was 25 th july 2023. On 25 th july I seen that Rupeek has charged excess funding amount near about 9800. I call to customer care but did not given appropriate answer. After two days they answer that you have taken a gold loan 2 years ago. Some amount was pending of it. I asked to customer care once the customer has closed the loan why he pay pay excess funding amount. So remove the excess funding amount....

They don't have any branches anywhere its only online and door step service, just assume after taking loan if any issue raise whom do you contact? Customer care is useless they will not help they'll simply hung up the call on face. bank where rupeek keep gold will not help because our point of contact is through rupeek. At the time of pledge rupeek person at bank or door step will not answer the call after pledge and they shuffle from 1 place to another place.

They don't have branches to visit and talk directly like other gold loan companies, so its completely risky and unsafe to keep our gold with rupeek Don't go by Google reviews it's completely fake.

Am writing this review with very bad experience with rupeek from last 20 days even I contacted Founder & owner of rupeek Sumit Maniar he will not even see or care customer calls or emails. After 2nd call or mail rupeek staff will not respond.

If you want your gold back should pay how much amount they demand.

This is the process with rupeek, it will show 2 faces before taking loan and after taking loan....

I have taken a gold loan from rupeek of rs 930000 But when i open app for releasing my ornaments there are showing out standing of rs. 850000 And unable to release first clear out standing I called many times to customer care.

I took Gold loan from Rupeek and when gold rates were gone down they asked me to deposit difference amount and no one updated that if rates will go down need to pay difference amount and amount was very big for me.

So I could not pay so they auctioned my Gold and their auction team contacted me for signature and told me that after recovering load amount Rs. 30738 which they will transfer to my account after signing and submitting form.

So I did the same and after 45 days when I contacted them they said you have to pay 14000 then you will get money that process also no one updated me and even they refused me to provide me on mail....
