My interest due date on 30AUG 2023 but i made the payment 1 day earlier i.e., 29 aug 2023 on 30september i tried to pay the make the payment it showed 7922 as interest i made the full interest payment why there is a extra charge??? Again In rupeek app am tried to make the payment on 30october 2023 but in the app interest payment option not shown so i called to rupeek sales excecutive who reffered me for gold loan taking process he said that he will let you know but i didn't received any call from the rupeek team regarding interest paymnet Yesterday someone has called me from service centre for renewal of gold loan so i informed her about my issue regarding am unable to see the interest payment option in the app she said to me to wrote the mail to [PROTECTED]@rupeek.comso.

So i make the complaint to same then i received a call from service center regarding this after 20 minutes that now your payment interest option is now working kindly make the payment of Rs.10800 as interest delayed then i said for them that Its not my problem its your rupeek app problem for not showing the interest in the app i will not make the extra chargers they are forcing me to pay the total extra chargers today again i received a call from the rupeek team saying that you to make the interest payment of Rs.11095.
