I paid the amount for part release on 6th December 2023, and the part release of my gold was supposed to get delivered on 7th Dec 2023, but still it has not got delivered, every time i call to the customer service they tell that someone from the backed team will contact me for the same, but never got any solution. Rupeek gold loan is a cheat and fraud company, after taking the money they never release the product on time, and upon that charging the interest for the same, now what about the loss of mine for these 5 days, will rupeek pay me the interest of the gold even after paying them for the same as i never got my gold from them.
